Personal Information Collection and Usage Agreement

The following personal information is needed to provide online ticketing service for the Pyeongchang International Peace Film Festival.
If you disagree to the collection and usage of personal information, you can not use this service.

Please enter your information correctly to ensure successful processing of purchases and/or cancellations

Important Notes:

  • Pre-purchased tickets can be printed out upon request at the ticket booth. Reservation Number must be verified. (The number can be found on SMS, confirmation receipt, and Confirmation page)
  • We recommend using the Chrome or IE browsers on a PC to buy tickets. MAC can also be used.
  • For films sold out online, a limited number of seats reserved for on-site sale will be available for purchase at the ticket booth on the day of the screening
Ticket Guide

Notice

  • Tickets can be canceled up until 30 minutes prior to the start of the film
    • A cancellation fee of 1,000 KRW will incur per ticket if canceled on the day of the screening
  • Partial cancellation is not supported. Please cancel the entire order and place a new order
