In this workshop organized jointly by Gangwon Film Commission, Association of Gangwon Independent Film and PIPFF, participants will exchange ideas on the topic of “Stimulating Networks for the Local Cinema.” The discussion will cover a range of items, from the definition and significance of local cinema to measures to reinvigorate relevant networks.
